Ocean Dots Manicure Nails•    Eau de Rose nail polish for basecoat
•    Blue Hawaii nail polish
•    White Satin nail polish
•    Pure Black nail polish
•    Clear nail polish for topcoat
•    Toothpick or nail art brush

Easy Steps for Oceanic Dots Nail Art
To create your own lovely Oceanic Dots nail art designs, follow these steps:

1.    Apply Eau de Rose nail polish for a basecoat. Eau de Rose nail polish is a light color; paint it twice for a darker and more even background.
2.    Paint half of the nail using Blue Hawaii nail polish, forming a vertical wave.
3.    Leave the other half without painting any color on the Eau de Rose base, and start painting dots with Pure Black nail polish.
4.    Repeat step 3 on the blue part using White Satin nail polish.
5.    Allow your nails to dry completely. To make your nail art last longer, use clear nail polish for a topcoat to give a nice glow and a smooth effect on your nail polka dots nail design.
